From concept to launch, I brought into being CoinSwitch's first company blog, a space for organisational storytelling.
In the wake of a catastrophic year for crypto, I initiated a monthly dialogue between the senior leadership and users, an effort to reinstate trust and credibility.
Through multiple iterations, my team and I created a set of memorable company values for Coinswitch. They formalise the organisation's ways of working, ethos and spirit.
These served as the base for a physical handbook, replete with episodes from history that we presented as GenAI assisted comics for easier absorption.
